Rules and Regulations
Restricted Time Limit Players
To show the true talent of each and every player that is apart of the America's Basketball League ABL. Starting and major roll players can only play the equalization of 3 quarter of the game, with any and all substitute players must play the minimum of at least 1 quarter of the game. This doesn't apply to overtime games or accourdently incidents due to ejections, injuries, postponements or any other occurrence that might be due to any other kind of stoppage to the game!
20 Second Shot Clock
Due to the minute restriction, the time possession is needed for offense can have more possessions and by doing that the time clock on possessions will be set to 20 seconds for each full possessions
Also all reset of the clock such as offensive rebounds will be set to 10 seconds for those possessions.
Half court time line for as to surpass mid court on each possession will be 8 second, with any time exceed will be a turnover and giving the other team possession.
Offensive Fouls
Offensive Fouls will only be called on the perimeter but not in the paint! Anywhere beneath the free throw line in the painted area between the lines, no offensive foul will be called! Due to injuries and to bring more scoring at the basket (rim)! Inside the paint all charging fouls unless at the rim!
